HOA SERVICES

The HOA dues paid by the homeowners include but are not limited to the following services:

WINDOW CLEANING

Washing windows is provided once a year, usually in early May. All accessible windows and glass doors are cleaned on the outside only.

SNOW REMOVAL

Snow removal services are provided when the snow accumulation throughout the entire community reaches a minimum of 1-2" (depending on the current contract). Snow removal includes driveway, front steps and sidewalk. Additional snow services resulting from drifting or icing are determined on a per-case basis.

LAWN MOWING

Lawn mowing services begin in April and continue through October. Mowing and trimming, and grass blowing is provided once a week, typically on the same day of the week, weather permitting. There may be a November mowing depending on the conditions of the lawns.

LAWN FERTILIZATION

The 6-step lawn fertilization program starts in March/April. Each application is applied every 4-6 weeks.

TRASH SERVICES

Trash containers remain hidden and out of sight until trash pickup day. Trash is usually picked up every Wednesday. Recycle is picked up every other week. The schedule may change due to weather or holiday schedules.
